Monday Morning Coffee©️
Happy Monday people!
I am at the age now when most of my friends and contemporaries are sadly losing their parents. I can recall vividly my early memories of some of these parents coming to watch our school plays and arrange birthday parties. Where have all the decades gone?
To those who recently lost a parent, may the Lord comfort you!
The death of a parent is so painful but it helps one put things into perspective; suddenly one is forced to confront their own mortality and consider the brevity of life.
For those like me who still have parents; it is a privilege. Let’s spend time with them, settle any misunderstandings, forgive any hurts of the past, get their blessings and lead them to Christ.
There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heaven; a time to be born and a time to die. Ecc 3:1-2
Time is precious!….Life is fleeting!
